-in December we found out we are pregnant with baby #3! So we've been spending a lot of time prepping, going to the doc, etc. I'm in my 22nd week and feeling good. Baby is due August 24th and it's a boy!
-January and February were pretty low key as I was trudging through the 1st trimester.
-March was tons of fun. We went to Mexico Beach on the Florida Panhandle for Spring Break. It was chilly, but we had a blast with our friends the Brannens and the Lacys. We even got to visit some good friends from Branson, the Unruh's, for the day, which was so nice. They have 6 kids between 21 and 8, so our kids had so much fun with them and we got some nice adult time.
-In March we also made the decision to start leading a homegroup with our church. It's been on our hearts for some time now, so through prayer and counsel, we decided to move ahead with it. We had our first meeting April 5th and it's going very well. I love seeing Ben lead. He does such an excellent job. He is my hero.
-Easter was great. My parents came up for the weekend and we had Easter dinner, dyed Easter eggs, made chick and bunny cake pops, and had an Easter egg hunt. We also were able to attend a Good Friday service at our church with the kids. LJ did great. She likes coming to "big church". Chaz is another story, but he's 2, so it's to be expected! Then of course, celebrating the Risen Savior on Sunday was wonderful! We are so blessed!
-April has already been fantastic. Ben built a new entertainment center for our television and it looks incredible. We just bought the kids bunk beds and moved them in together. They love it and are doing pretty well. Getting to bed is a little challenging, but not impossible. I'm just glad we're getting it all ironed out before Baby comes. The nursery is a work in progress, so we'll see how that ends up!
